Found this on www.mkiv.com, of all places, as one tiny link. It can translate Japanese websites into straight English! So instead of looking at something like this:

‚P*jƒV*[ƒgƒxƒÐƒg*æ•tˆÊ’u•Ï*X*i*L‚Ñ‚é‚Ì‚ÅS댯*j
‚Q*jƒV*[ƒgŒã‚ë‘€‚̃Xƒe*[•K—v*iƒV*[ƒg*Ü‚ê**‚Ý–h*~*j
‚R*j*Á‰ÎSíƒmƒYƒÐƒGƒ“ƒWƒ“ƒÐ*[ƒ€‚É‚QŒÂ/ƒhƒ‰ƒCƒo*[‚PŒÂ•Ï*X
*@ *iƒŒƒXƒLƒ…*[“*’…‚É**SÔ‚ÌS|‚©‚é‚*‚ß‚S‚O*`‚U‚O•b*j

You can look at something like this:

1) Because modification of sheet belt installation position (it extends, danger)
2) Stay necessity of sheet rear side (the sheet it breaks and is packed prevention)
3) In fire extinguisher nozzle engine compartment 2 / driver 1 Modification
(In rescue arrival because of of such of time 40 - 60 seconds)
4) Flat panel drain drill (FUEL&OIL The ? it lets escape)

(taken from Jun's website)

yes, I know, it's not perfect. But if you read it with a little more care than usual, you can figure out what they're talking about (safety modifications in their Bonneville R33 Skyline). Give it a shot, I looked through Nismo and some Japanese Silvia sites, and given the amount work it has to do, the translator does a great job! Hey, at least it comes out in English instead of gibberish :)
